Todd was born and raised in the South Bay, founded Air-On HVAC in 2002, and brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.

Since early 2022, Ally has overseen the internal operations of Air-On HVAC, managing dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, and estimates, while also leading the service and maintenance side of the business.
